• custom fragrance development or replicas: 6 weeks
• candle production: 4 to 6 weeks
• diffuser orders: 1 to 3 weeks

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Maison Nez ships within the United States and internationally.

How long does the custom scent process take?

Custom scent development generally takes 3–6 weeks and includes fragrance concepts, sampling, and final adjustments.

What type of wax do you use?

Our candles are made with clean-burning soy wax designed for optimal scent throw and an even burn. Child and pet friendly. Non-toxic. Made in USA. ​​

 

How long do your candles burn?

Approximate burn times:

• 9 oz candle — 40 to 50 hours
• 11–13 oz candle — 50 to 65 hours

 

Can you add our logo to the candle?

Yes. We offer multiple branding options including:

• screen printing directly on glass
• custom labels
• embossed or foil-printed packaging

Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.

No—custom fragrances, private label items, and used products are final sale.
